Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to analyse, design and deliver innovative software for our Software & Data Science team. You will lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and shape architecture across multiple initiatives central to Formula 1 operations.

The role blends onsite work at the McLaren Technology Centre with remote flexibility and may require occasional out-of-hours support to meet racing schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience with C#/.NET, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID and OO design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers.
• Cloud experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and React is a plus.
