Motability Operations Ltd is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join a product team that partners with the business to build and maintain software for internal and external customers.

In an agile environment, you’ll focus on delivering working software, shaping product direction, and embracing modern tooling across React/Node.js front-ends, messaging with ActiveMQ or Kafka, CI/CD, and cloud-native platforms such as AWS and OpenShift/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial Java experience.
• Experience in React/Node.js frontend development.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain software for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Engineers, BA, Product Owner and Scrum Master.
• Help evolve delivery practices in an agile product team.
