Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Software Eng/IT or related STEM field.
• UK nationals due to client work.
• Interest in software development and emerging technologies.
• Exposure to at least one programming language.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and participate in overseas placement.
• Right to work in the UK upon program completion.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the program at our Centre of Excellence in India from October to 18 December.
• Work alongside engineers, consultants, and agile coaches in a collaborative learning environment.
• Participate in structured training and practical project experience as part of the Global Immersion Program.
• Develop skills across software engineering, cloud and DevOps, quality engineering, agile delivery, consulting and client skills, and governance awareness.
• May complete a capstone project as part of the program.
• May transition into a permanent Graduate Software Engineer role in the UK, subject to business requirements and right-to-work eligibility.

Salary: £13,000 - 21,000 per year

• We hold, or are expected to achieve, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
• We are UK nationals due to the nature of client work.
• We demonstrate an interest in software development and emerging technologies.
• We have exposure to at least one programming language.
• We are strong problem solvers with analytical thinking skills.
• We enjoy working collaboratively within teams.
• We possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
