Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in software engineering or SRE.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field.
• Experience with automated testing and SDLC concepts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor production services and maintain system health.
• Design and review systems for reliability and capacity planning.
• Scale and evolve services to improve capacity and reliability.
• Reduce toil via automation and self-healing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing tools.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and ensure service reliability.
• Collaborate with teams on design and strategy.
