Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with automated testing and SDLC concepts, Linux environment, and knowledge of algorithms/data structures.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of production services including monitoring availability and health.
• Contribute to system design reviews, capacity planning and launch readiness.
• Scale and evolve systems to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Maintain blameless postmortems and drive incident management improvements.
• Build monitoring/automation tools and reduce toil.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs to measure service reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to automate and harden platforms.
