• Proactive management of production services by monitoring availability, capacity and health.
• Shape software before go-live with design reviews and capacity planning.
• Scale and evolve systems to improve capacity and reliability.
• Practice blameless postmortems and incident management.
• Identify improvements to system behavior and monitoring tools.
• Define and maintain SLIs/SLOs for service reliability.
