Job Opportunity: Software Delivery Manager

We are delighted to be working with a growing Cambridge-based tech company seeking a Software Delivery Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position with options for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving efficient software delivery through planning, process optimisation, and effective communication across teams
2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including product managers and engineering teams, to develop project and capacity plans
3. Championing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
4. Supporting process improvements across the organisation
5. Using JIRA and related tools to track progress and manage tasks
6. Promoting collaboration between product management, engineering, and business development teams
7. Generating reports on project status and progress

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience in data-driven reporting
• Certifications in project management or agile methodologies
