Delivery Manager - Digital Consultancy

Location: Remote first (UK based applicants)

Contract Type: Permanent

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client engagements. Working closely with technical and quality leads, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for both clients and the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, from initiation to completion, managing the balance between time, scope, and budget
2. Collaborate with technical and quality leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
3. Monitor project performance, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues effectively
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within project teams
5. Support the preparation of proposals and statements of work, as well as financial reporting and invoicing
6. Champion delivery best practices, processes, and standards across the organisation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering complex projects, ideally within the cloud computing or software development space
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
• Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on anticipating needs and designing solutions that exceed expectations
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are advantageous
