Hungry Horse in the United Kingdom is seeking a Soft Play Team Member to help maintain a safe, fun environment for children and a warm welcome for families. This part-time role requires night shifts until 8pm, weekend work and some morning shifts from 9am, with 8-16 hours per week.

You'll join a friendly team, develop skills on the job, and enjoy staff benefits and discounts across Greene King brands while supporting birthday parties and events.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure a clean & tidy environment at all times and ensure reception area is tidy and ready for service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the soft play area and assist parents.
• Maintain high standards of play for all children.
• Promote a happy and safe atmosphere so customers return.
• Help coordinate and run children’s Birthday parties.
