Horse & Jockey is seeking a friendly Soft Play Team Member to create a fun, safe environment for children and assist parents with needs. You will answer queries, handle phone calls, keep the reception area tidy and help with parties, face painting and balloon modelling.

Experience with children and a responsible, organised approach are essential. Flexible shifts and discounts across brands are part of the rewards, along with other staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children.
• Be responsible and well-organised.
• DBS check required as part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest queries on products, prices & facilities/activities.
• Handle enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner.
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
