Greene King’s Hungry Horse venues are hiring a Soft Play Team Member to maintain a safe, fun area for children and assist parents. You’ll join a lively, inclusive team, delivering welcoming service and helping create memorable visits.

You’ll gain experience in customer service, teamwork, and event support, including coordinating birthday parties, with opportunities to grow across Greene King’s brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment and reception area.
• Create a fun, exciting and safe environment for all customers.
• Coordinate and run children’s birthday parties.

Responsibilities

• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm & friendly manner.
• Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times and ensure that the reception area is tidy and ready for service at all times.
• Help create a fun, exciting & safe environment so that every customer leaves wanting to return.
• Help coordinate and run children’s Birthday parties.
