Greene King is seeking a Soft Play Team Member to maintain lively, safe play areas for children while assisting parents and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will be part of a friendly, inclusive team that highlights great hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure a clean and tidy environment at all times and keep the reception area ready for service.
• Create a fun, exciting and safe environment so that every customer wants to return.
• Help coordinate and run children’s Birthday parties.
