Job summary

Sofology in Paisley is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to be the face of the brand on the showroom floor. You will guide customers through their buying journey, using your knowledge of our products to close sales and build lasting relationships.

With a strong emphasis on customer service, you’ll leverage interior design trends to help customers visualise their new sofa at home and contribute to a high-performing, sales-driven team.

• Retail Sales Consultant on the showroom floor, connecting with customers and guiding them toward a sale.
• Ask the right questions, build rapport and uncover customer needs to drive sales success.
• Showcase Sofology products with in-depth fabric, configuration and feature knowledge to inspire and convert.
• Deliver a Very Important Customer experience and foster trust for repeat business.
• Use interior design cues and seasonal trends to help customers visualise their new sofa at home.
