Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking Adult Social Workers to join their Learning Disabilities Team in Walsall. This role involves supporting adults (18+) with learning disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives by conducting assessments, implementing support plans, and collaborating with various agencies.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant social work qualification, experience with vulnerable adults, and knowledge of social care legislation.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Social Work.
• Experience with vulnerable adults, especially those with complex needs.
• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Responsibilities

• Complete Care Act assessments for patients ready for discharge.
• Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with individuals.
• Work effectively in a multi-agency team.
