Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join our client's Learning Disabilities Team. You will manage a varied caseload, complete assessments, reviews and care planning, and work closely with health professionals and multi-agency partners to promote independence for adults with learning disabilities.

This hybrid role offers a long-term contract in a supportive team, with opportunities to develop through the organisation's CPD portal and exclusive roles across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Adult Social Care experience, ideally within a Learning Disabilities setting.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and partnership working skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The Role
