• Building positive relationships with children, families and foster carers to promote stability and wellbeing.
• Monitoring and reviewing progress of children in care per statutory guidelines.
• Providing guidance and support to foster families to enhance care experience for children.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to advocate for children's best interests.
