Responsibilities

• Provide a casework management service to Looked After Children.
• Apply The Children Act 1989 and related care planning requirements.
• Collaborate with targeted and universal services to create holistic support for young people.
• Attend and contribute to case conferences, reviews and meetings.
• Prepare written reports, maintain case records and provide court reports when needed.
• Engage clients and families in welfare and development decisions.
• Ensure services are accessible to ethnic minorities and special needs groups.
