Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities and their families.

• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they are informed of available resources and services.
• Advocating for the rights of children with disabilities within the community and education systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
