Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registration with Social Work England is required.
• Experience in child protection, safeguarding and assessments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support families.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to secure the best outcomes for children.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and advocate for their needs.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
