Position Overview

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. In this role, you will provide [XYZ responsibilities].

Qualifications

• BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Social Work England Registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle (if applicable)
• Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
• At least 2/3 years of post-qualification experience
• Recent frontline child protection work experience
• Good assessment skills capable of identifying risk
• Experience in direct work with children to identify their needs
• Good multi-agency working experience
• Minimum of three years of post-qualifying experience employed directly within an LA children's service in England
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Empathetic, patient-centered approach, dedicated to high-quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
