Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Cambridge County Council, has an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their Safeguarding Team.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Social Worker - Safeguarding Team
• Length of Assignment: 3 Months
• Hours per Week: 37
• Hourly Rate: £39
• Location: Wisbech
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Requirements:

• Must have court experience and high-end child protection expertise
• Experience with Child in Need (CIN) proceedings
• Skills in statements, care plans, and parenting assessments
• Experience conducting home visits working with children, families, and professionals
