Following our recent inadequate Ofsted inspection, we are committed to improvement and are seeking dedicated social care practitioners ready to make a difference, advocate for children, and promote their well-being. We offer opportunities for skill development through our Social Care Academy and dedicated learning days.
We are looking to recruit a Social Worker to contribute to an effective children’s social care service, managing caseloads based on experience and case complexity, and using specialist knowledge for interventions, assessments, care planning, and investigations.
