The Role:

1. As a social worker in Adult Social Care, you'll play a crucial role in assessing and addressing the diverse needs of our community, navigating the varied challenges our vibrant city provides. Your responsibilities will also include:
2. Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans for service users and carers, ensuring their unique needs and priorities are addressed.
