Job summary

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Complex Adult Social Work Team in the London Borough of Islington. You will support adults with multiple and high-level needs, including mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, and safeguarding concerns, in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.

This role offers the chance to make a real difference, work with health, housing and voluntary sector partners, and develop your practice within a supportive team and reputable agency.

Responsibilities

• Complete strengths-based assessments and risk management plans
• Lead safeguarding enquiries under Section 42
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary interventions
• Apply the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Human Rights legislation
• Work closely with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners
