Job summary

Community Care Live is recruiting an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker for a South Coast assignment. The role focuses on quality, relationship-based practice with a manageable caseload, flexible hybrid working, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.

The role

• You will support children and families across a varied safeguarding caseload, including:
• Child in Need (CIN) assessments and plans
• Child Protection (CP) intervention and planning
• Long‑term safeguarding and family support

• Assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families
• Minimal court work, enabling you to focus on frontline practice
