Job summary

Community Care Live is recruiting an experienced Safeguarding Social Worker for a South Coast assignment. The role focuses on quality, relationship-based practice with a manageable caseload, flexible hybrid working, and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

You'll work within a dedicated safeguarding service, handling CIN assessments, CP intervention, and long-term planning, with minimal court work and a supportive management team. An enhanced referral bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
• Experience in statutory Children’s Safeguarding.
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Support children and families on safeguarding caseload.
• Carry out CIN assessments and care planning.
• Lead CP intervention and long‑term safeguarding plans.
• Work with multi‑agency partners to coordinate services.
• Minimal court work to allow frontline practice.
