Leaders in Care is helping a Scottish council recruit an experienced social worker to join the safeguarding team. The role offers a hybrid model with only two in-office days per week, greatly assisting carers with commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a social work qualification and be registered with Scottish Social Services, capable of handling a manageable caseload with some complex pieces of work. A loyalty bonus is available through Leaders in Care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a social work qualification and be registered with Scottish Social Services
• Experience in safeguarding is preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload with some complex pieces of work

Responsabilités

• Lead safeguarding caseload with complex cases
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to safeguard service users
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff as needed

Relish the opportunity to work with a social group in this well established council. A senior manager is looking for an experienced social worker to join their safeguarding team in the central belt.

This is definitely a job to pounce on, team leaders are offering social workers the chance to work a hybrid model that will massively benefit people with child care commitments. You will be expected to work only 2 day in the office per week!
