Job summary

Leaders in Care is helping to recruit a Social Worker for a Community Adult Social Work Team in Lincoln. You will assess adults with complex needs, plan care and provide interventions within a multidisciplinary setting to promote independence and tailored support.

Applicants must have Court Of Protection and safeguarding experience and be registered with Social Work England. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience is required; hybrid working includes two days from home.
