Job summary

Leaders in Care seeks an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in children’s safeguarding to join our team serving the Scottish Islands.

You will assess, plan, and provide support for children and families in need, collaborating with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes. Hybrid working includes remote days with office visits as needed.

A social work qualification and SSSC registration are required.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, qualified Social Worker with a strong background in children’s safeguarding to join our team in the stunning Scottish Islands.

You will be focusing on ensuring the safety and well-being of children who are at risk. You'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and providing support for children and families in need. You’ll also be working with other professionals to create the best outcomes for those involved.
