Job summary

Leaders In Care is recruiting an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker for a locum role with hybrid working. You will handle safeguarding referrals, perform risk assessments, and work with police, health, housing, and partner agencies to ensure timely support for adults at risk.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a loyalty bonus. The successful candidate will be SWE registered, with experience in MASH/Front Door/Duty teams and a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen safeguarding referrals promptly and appropriately.

• Maintain accurate records and high standards of practice.

We’re recruiting an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker to join a fast-paced, multi-agency team supporting vulnerable adults through effective risk management, timely decision-making, and partnership working.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with office attendance required for up to 3 days per week, helping you achieve a better work-life balance while remaining connected to a supportive service.

The Role Includes:

• Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals
