Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is recruiting an Adult MASH Social Worker to join a supportive, fast-paced team. You’ll screen safeguarding referrals, conduct risk assessments, and work with police, health, housing and partner agencies to ensure timely, proportionate interventions.

This permanent role offers hybrid working, regular supervision, and clear career progression. Qualified Social Workers with SWE registration and knowledge of Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
• Experience in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty services.
• Knowledge of Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act.
• Excellent assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment.
• Full UK driving licence where required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Screening and triaging safeguarding concerns and referrals

• Working closely with police, health professionals, housing, and partner agencies to share information effectively
• Coordinating safeguarding enquiries and ensuring appropriate interventions are put in place
• Applying the Care Act 2014 and Making Safeguarding Personal principles to all areas of practice
• Managing a varied workload while maintaining accurate and timely case recording
• Supporting positive outcomes through effective multi-agency working and early intervention

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Social Worker
• Current Social Work England (SWE) registration
• Experience within Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door, or Duty services
• Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding legislation
• Excellent assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment
• Full UK driving licence (where required)
