Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Adult MASH Team in Wolverhampton on a locum, full-time basis for an initial 3-month period. The role focuses on safeguarding adults, conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating with partner agencies to implement effective care plans.

You will maintain case records in line with statutory requirements and guidance, providing expert advice to colleagues and stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults and develop effective care plans.

• Participate in multi-agency meetings, contributing to risk assessments and decision-making processes.
