Social Worker required for work within the Adults MASH Team in the beautiful county of Wiltshire, based Trowbridge. Competitive rates of pay rate from £36ph. 37 hours per week. 3 month minimum contract with options to extend. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

The Adult Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the first point of contact for adult safeguarding concerns across Wiltshire. The team provides a single, central point for adult safeguarding concerns, ensuring that concerns are reviewed quickly, information is shared effectively between partner agencies, and safeguarding decisions are made in a coordinated way. Following some changes, our Adults Multiagency Safeguarding Hub has an exciting new opportunity - Experienced Social Worker.

The Experienced Social Worker will provide skilled safeguarding interventions, offers peer guidance and practice support where appropriate and work collaboratively with partner agencies to manage risk and achieve positive outcomes. They will ensure safeguarding practice reflects the core principles of the Care Act, including empowerment, prevention, and proportionality and contributes to protecting adults at risk of abuse or neglect. They will work with individuals to identify outcomes and develop safeguarding plans.

You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
