About the Role:

As a Social Worker in our Assessment Team, you will:

• Carry out statutory single assessments in line with legislative and local policy frameworks.
• Work closely with children, young people, and their families to understand their needs and ensure the right support is in place.
• Build effective partnerships with professionals across education, health, police, and the voluntary sector.
• Apply your professional judgement to assess risk, promote safeguarding, and drive forward child-centred plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Solid experience in statutory children’s services, particularly assessment or frontline roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• A confident and compassionate approach to working with families and multidisciplinary partners.
