Qualified Social Worker – Learning Disability Team within Adults in Manchester (UK), earning £30 hourly. Ongoing contract available with full-time locum roles. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be joining the LD Review Team, an initiative focused on least restrictive practice, My Life My Way, and internal disability supported accommodation services. Your tasks will include ensuring citizens are supported through appropriate funding streams, embedding a strengths-based approach, and reviewing high-cost care packages to ensure best value and optimal savings.
