As a Social Worker in the Ashfield North Family Support & Safeguarding Team, your role will be dynamic and rewarding. You will work with children of all ages, primarily completing child and family assessments for some of our most vulnerable children. Collaborating closely with the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and various agencies, you will identify needs and manage each child’s plan, aiming to foster positive change within their home environment. With the support of your Team Manager and colleagues, you will respond to identified risks and ensure the best outcomes for the children and families you serve.
