Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group, a leading civil engineering contractor, is recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator/Lead to drive social value initiatives across Midlands projects. You'll coordinate activities with customers, authorities, schools and community groups, ensuring community employment, skills initiatives and reporting align with client commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Social Value, Community Engagement or Stakeholder Engagement role.
• Experience within civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or the built environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

We're recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator / Social Value Lead to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to help deliver meaningful social value initiatives across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, ensuring positive outcomes for local communities while meeting client and contractual commitments.

The Role

Working closely with operational teams, clients, local authorities, education providers and community organisations, you'll coordinate and deliver social value activities across multiple civil engineering projects. You'll be responsible for driving community engagement, employment and skills initiatives, and ensuring social value commitments are achieved and accurately reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific social value plans.

• Experience collecting and reporting social value data and KPIs.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
