Job summary

Wates seeks a Social Value Advisor to support a major construction project in Leicestershire and contribute to the MoJ framework. You will drive social value initiatives across project activities, ensuring commitments are achieved and meaningful benefits for local communities, stakeholders, supply chain partners, and the wider justice estate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a social value, community engagement, CSR, ESG or stakeholder management role.
• Knowledge of social value frameworks and measurement methodologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Full UK driving licence.
