Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking a Social Value Coordinator/Lead to drive social value activities across major civil engineering projects in the Midlands. You will work with clients, authorities, schools and community organisations to deliver community engagement, employment and skills initiatives, and report outcomes against requirements.

The role focuses on developing project-specific social value plans, building partnerships, organising careers events, and ensuring commitments are achieved

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Social Value, Community Engagement or Stakeholder Engagement roles.
• Experience in civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or built environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience collecting and reporting social value data and KPIs.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

We're recruiting for a Social Value Coordinator / Social Value Lead to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to help deliver meaningful social value initiatives across a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects, ensuring positive outcomes for local communities while meeting client and contractual commitments.

The Role

Working closely with operational teams, clients, local authorities, education providers and community organisations, you\'ll coordinate and deliver social value activities across multiple civil engineering projects. You\'ll be responsible for driving community engagement, employment and skills initiatives, and ensuring social value commitments are achieved and accurately reported.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific social value plans.
