Job summary

NRL is seeking a Social Value Coordinator to lead delivery, monitoring and reporting of ERSV commitments on the Tees Valley ERF project. This fixed-term role is based on-site on the Tees Valley site for around 24 months.

You will coordinate social value initiatives across the construction programme, liaise with the Client's Social Value Officer, authorities, schools and community groups, and support local supply chain engagement and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Value, CSR, ESG, Community Engagement or Stakeholder Management.
• Strong administration, reporting and KPI dashboard experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and reporting on social value initiatives across the construction programme.
• Acting as primary liaison with Client's Social Value Officer, local authorities, schools, colleges and community organisations.
• Supporting local supply chain engagement, including SME outreach and Meet the Buyer events.
• Maintaining ERSV records and producing monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Supporting workforce engagement and industrial relations, liaising with trade unions and contractors as needed.
