Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Social Director to specialise within a major social channel, leading client portfolios and championing best practices. You will shape social strategy, mentor teams, and drive measurable value for clients.

You'll work with Client Directors and the Head of Social to stay ahead of platform changes, publish thought leadership, and raise the profile of Social across the business.

Qualifications

• Social channel expert with proven authority
• Track record embedding best practices across multi-client portfolios
• Strong testing discipline and thought leadership contribution

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Social within your client portfolio
• Ensure client activity is aligned with best practices and measurable value
• Review accounts to maximise quality and impact
• Develop and refine Social best practices with the Head of Social
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates and competition
• Speak at events, write blogs, and build external visibility as a Social expert
• Lead on Social-related troubleshooting projects for clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across clients
• Communicate insights, trends and recommendations to clients
• Showcase opportunities and value of Social activity to clients
• Support Client Directors on Social projects and opportunities
