Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Client Director to join our Digital Media Activation team in London. You’ll act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, lead the delivery of integrated digital marketing solutions, and drive commercial growth while ensuring excellent performance across media, measurement, creative, data and technology.

You’ll work closely with specialists across disciplines, shaping client strategy, influencing business outcomes, and building long-lasting partnerships with brands

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships within a digital marketing or media environment.
• Strong understanding of Paid Media within integrated marketing strategies.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, data-driven strategies aligned with client objectives and Incubeta’s value proposition.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks and testing plans to drive continuous improvement and measurable results.
• Embed a culture of testing and innovation to optimise performance and uncover opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and addressing business challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and become the primary client contact.
• Develop deep understanding of client businesses, industries, audiences and marketing objectives.
• Monitor account performance and communicate insights, recommendations and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams across media, creative, data and measurement to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee project management across accounts to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Identify opportunities to expand client activity and grow revenue.
• Support new business pitches and contribute expertise to growth opportunities.
• Build professional network through events, content creation and industry engagement.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members to foster excellence.
