About the role:

justteachers is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Science Teacher to work within a well-regarded secondary school in Leeds. This is a full-time role starting in September 2026, initially through to Christmas, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Proven experience teaching Social Science subjects at secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge in Sociology, Psychology, or related fields

• Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
