Job summary

Noughts and Kisses, a cutting-edge fashion brand based in Liverpool, is seeking a Social Media Executive to lead Instagram and TikTok content and shape our social strategy. You will plan a monthly content calendar, create engaging posts and stories, manage channels end-to-end, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice.

You will also drive influencer outreach, source UGC-style content, monitor performance with analytics, and stay ahead of trends to keep the brand

• Confident creating engaging Instagram Stories and TikTok content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear social media strategy across all channels.

• Produce engaging content tailored to our audience, including daily stories for Instagram and reactive trend-led posts.
• Run and manage Instagram and TikTok channels end-to-end, ensuring growth and engagement.
• Conduct influencer outreach, building strong relationships and sourcing UGC-style content.
• Monitor social media performance and report on insights, feeding learnings back into strategy.
• Stay ahead of cultural moments, trends, and conversations relevant to our brand and community.
• Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure brand voice and identity are consistent across all platforms.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs, growing brand loyalty.

We’re a dynamic, fast-paced business with a growing presence in the e-commerce space, and we’re looking for a Senior Designer to drive our product direction and support our next level of growth.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and culturally tuned-in Social Media Executive to lead the charge on Instagram and TikTok-first content while shaping our broader social strategy. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows how to plan and execute engaging content, and can bring a brand to life through both strategy and day-to-day channel management.
