• Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments
• Work with external partners and agencies on content and campaign delivery

• Monitor social performance, analysing results and sharing regular reports and insights
• Respond to customer engagement across social channels
• Work closely with internal teams including Ecommerce, Creative and Marketing to deliver aligned campaigns

We are working with an established fashion retailer who are looking to appoint an experienced Social Media Manager to join their marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the organic social media strategy, with the aim of growing social communities, increasing brand awareness and driving engagement across key platforms.

This position would suit someone with strong experience across organic social, content creation and influencer marketing, ideally within a fashion or retail environment.
