Job summary

Social Media Executive role in Poole is a part-time position offering up to £35,000 pro-rata for 20 hours per week. You will manage and grow the brand’s social presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content and campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social media, strong copy and video skills, and experience with scheduling tools. You’ll work with marketing teams and external partners to maintain a consistent tone and brand identity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in social media, ideally within a multi-market.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, video and storytelling.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
• Experience developing social media strategies, guidelines or processes.
• Familiarity with using social media guidelines and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media strategies across multiple markets.
• Manage content calendars and create engaging copy, video, campaigns and creative content.
• Ensure consistent tone of voice, visual identity and brand standards across all social channels.
• Adapt content for different audiences and markets while keeping the wider brand consistent.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms and new content formats.
• Build and maintain a library of ready-to-use content, templates, campaign materials and resources.
• Work with internal teams, designers, videographers and external agencies to deliver social content.
• Provide social media guidance, training and support to internal teams.
• Manage social media scheduling, publishing, approvals and reporting.
• Develop efficient workflows and processes to improve consistency and effectiveness.
• Support wider marketing campaigns through social media, automation and targeted activity.
