Get Recruited is supporting an established organisation in London to recruit a Social Media Executive. This role sits in a growing marketing team and offers hybrid working, with responsibilities planning content calendars and delivering daily social media activity.

You will write, schedule and publish posts (about three per day), create graphics in Canva, use Hootsuite to monitor performance, and help develop video content.

Qualifications

• Around one year's practical experience in social media, content or digital marketing.
• Experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Confident writing for professional audiences, particularly on LinkedIn.
• Proficient with Canva and social scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar, with LinkedIn as a key channel.
• Write, schedule and publish engaging content, supporting a busy schedule of approximately three posts per day.
• Use Hootsuite or similar tools to programme activity and monitor performance.
• Create graphics and digital assets using Canva.
• Help develop video content, including basic editing, sound adjustments and adding branded frames.
• Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve content.
• Work closely with colleagues to promote services, events and organisational updates.
