Job Description

As the Social Media Specialist, you will drive and implement the channel strategy across all global social media channels. You will ensure the continual development of COS in this space, evolving the way we connect with our customers and the COS community.

What you will do:
  1. Implement Social Media strategy, driving brand vision across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube).
  2. Execute, measure, and optimize campaigns and content across all social channels, applying luxury social media best practices.
  3. Drive social media growth through a robust boosting strategy.
  4. Grow TikTok channel through content and community analysis, using findings to develop the channel.
  5. Evaluate performance regularly, creating actionable insights to evolve social-first content; deliver reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  6. Partner with the Social Media Art Director to brief and develop social media content for each channel.
  7. Collaborate with Copy, Digital Design, and Content teams to execute campaigns, develop stories for key moments, and develop tone-of-voice, including competitor research and industry insights.
  8. Work with regional paid teams for TikTok campaigns and ensure local channels (WeChat, Weibo, Line, Kakao Talk) follow brand guidelines.
  9. Maintain relationships with platform reps to identify channel development opportunities.
  10. Lead meetings and workshops to educate and evolve social media channels.
  11. Assist the Social Media Coordinator in managing daily social media operations.

  • Expertise in luxury fashion and social media, especially TikTok.
  • Proficiency in social media reporting tools like Dash Hudson and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media boosting techniques.
  • Knowledge of regional platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Line, and Kakao Talk.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and a creative, data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think globally and identify regional opportunities.
  • Continuous trend monitoring and opportunity identification in social media.
  • Ability to apply social media expertise to inform messaging and decision-making.
Additional Information

This is a full-time permanent contract (Hybrid) based at our London Head Office.
