Job Description

As the Social Media Specialist, you will drive and implement the channel strategy across all global social media channels. You will ensure the continual development of COS's presence in this space, evolving how we connect with our customers and the COS community.

What you will do:
  1. Implement social media strategy, driving brand vision across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  2. Execute, measure, and optimize campaigns and content, demonstrating expertise in luxury social media best practices.
  3. Drive social media growth through effective boosting strategies.
  4. Develop the TikTok channel through content and community analysis, using insights to enhance performance.
  5. Evaluate performance regularly, creating actionable insights and delivering content reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  6. Collaborate with the Social Media Art Director to develop channel-specific content.
  7. Work with Copy, Digital Design, and Content teams to execute campaigns, develop stories for key moments, and brief Art Direction and Shoot teams. Also, develop the tone-of-voice with the Copy team, supported by competitor research and industry insights.
  8. Coordinate with regional paid teams and local channels (WeChat, Weibo, Line, Kakao Talk) to ensure brand consistency and leverage regional opportunities.
  9. Maintain relationships with platform representatives to identify growth opportunities.
  10. Lead meetings and workshops to educate and evolve social media practices.
  11. Assist the Social Media Coordinator in managing daily operations across all channels.
Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion and social media, especially TikTok.
  • Proficiency in social media reporting tools like Dash Hudson and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of social media boosting techniques.
  • Knowledge of regional platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Line, and Kakao Talk.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, balancing immediate needs with strategic goals.
  • Creative, data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think globally and identify regional opportunities.
  • Continuous monitoring of new trends and opportunities in social media.
  • Application of social media expertise to inform messaging and decision-making.
