We're hiring at Outbound Digital Full-time Social Media Marketing Assistant to join the Outbound Digital Team!

Here's the thing, though: I'm not looking for a long boring CV.

When I was starting out, the hardest part wasn't the work.

It was getting someone to give me a shot in the first place.

Everyone wanted "3+ years experience" for an entry-level job. It's a stupid catch-22 and I've never forgotten how it felt.

So this is me doing it differently.

Warrington based, full-time hybrid

Salary: £23,500-£24,500 DOE
